(it is just like acting but then with your fantasy created character) metagaming means that you use your ooc info in your rp's while your character knows nothing of it such as look above someone's name without knowing it in a RolePlaying way. powergaming is that YOU character doing everything what he wants to reach HIS goal, while the group will go elsewhere (witch of cource is not the meaning of role-play) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In-Character Information: Character’s name: Dain IronHammer Character’s sex: male Character’s race: mountain dwarf Character’s age: 25 Biography: Dain was Born in the spring of 1505, the mother of Dain disappeared after the birth and Dain never know why and his father would talk about it. he says "i tell you when the time is ready" so Dain can't wait to hear why his mother disappeared. Dain and his father lived in a small village near kal'karaad Dain's father was a blacksmith(he make mostly weapons for Unguan)and sell them personally to the soldiers there, Dain was most of the day spend his time with his father learning how to use the forge (He has learned a lot) and the time he was not working was he goes to his teacher, (the best friend of the father of Dain) he is a retired knight who fought brave in the war against the Undead, and now he is a teacher which teaches you how to use weapons so Dain goes ever day 3 times to him 2 for training and 1 time to hear the great stories of THE WAR AGAINST THE UNDEAD. (Dain always enjoy when he hear those stories about how they fought strongly against the undead,) "through these stories, he always wanted to be a true knight which serve only the realm and the true King" Dains dream wa and when he reach the age of 20 (after the Escape from Athera, and entrance in Vailor.) he heard that there was a place called the great cloud temple where all adventures starts so Dain goes to the cloud temple and so his adventure begins Personality Traits: a strong Will: (to fight for the realm) and fight for his friends honest: always trying to be honest (unless there is no alternative) Ambitions: to be one of the king knights who take's an oath to serve the realm and only to protect the true king (another option) join a clan (OOC. You are free my Boy. come i take you to the monasteries where i live and so on at the age of 49 he started to train inside the monasteries with martial arts and he goes evry day huntig to train with bow and arrow and practice with weapons (his favorite Weapons are ,war axe and the short bow) hours became days, days become weeks and weeks become years... now he is at the age of 59 and he is ready and goes to get his revenge on the slave masters.. but in his own he can't do it... so he goes on a journey looking for allies AND SO MY STORY BEGINS.....
