+1 all the way. Back when I first joined, He was one of the few that would always be asking someone i knew irl when i was coming back on the server. He made my first few months with in the dwarves enjoyable as well as many other players did. Currently he has been active with in many groups that im in and its been a pleasure to rp with him again. Workforce Incentive

The Workforce of Fenn will be a well oiled machine. The Snow Elves know how to treat their workers with respect and thus will receive compensation for the hard work they put forth to the Princedom of Fenn. If anyone wishes to  participate, they will be paid based on what they provide for the Princedom. Below is a list of the requirements for each skill in order to be paid. You must have your citizen passport before receiving any pay.

Profession:

Miner: To have access to the mine and continually can use it, all that is asked is that you put up 3 stacks of iron and 1 stack of gold per elven week (aka per week). You will be paid a set price of 100 mina per week, (On every Sunday night at 7 pm cst), if you present Lord Ailduin with your 3 stacks of iron and 1 stack of gold. Anything else you receive whilst mining is fair game for you to sell or donate towards the Princedom of Fenn

Lumberjack: As of current we do not have a tree farm. However, all that is asked of you is that there is always 2 double chests full of logs to supply for other needs. Also all of the special branches are required in order to create good weapons. After all of that you can sell or keep your items.

Farmer: Please supply the Princedom with all the crops you can and you will be paid at a base rate of 75 mina per elven week for 30 stacks of Hay Bales. Producing Sugar Cane to make books for Enchanters is also in your job description.

Enchanter: Please provide Protection and Sharpness for the armory. Also if any Snow Elf asks for a specific enchant you can charge them for such enchant but at a reasonable price. Please see Lord Steward Ailduin when approached to make such enchant  to ask about a selling price. Also all resources regarding Lapis, gold, and emeralds will be supplied to you so that you will not need to get it yourself.

Alchemy: Please provide Alchemist Fire, Stone Skins, and any other potion that is useful in times of war, once again paid for such in bulk at a reasonable price. All other brews you can sell at your own desire.

Woodworker: Capable to supply the Armory in times of war with proper amounts of Bows and arrows. Also able to help make decorative items when needed. You will be paid reasonably for your Armory donations.

Stonemason: Donate any resources any professions needs to craft things for the Princedom.

Tinker: Supply Alchemist with the fuel they need, also make TNT Arrows for war preparations. You will be paid for such.

Breeder: Provide wool and leather to leather workers to craft armor for war prep. Paid based on per stack given to Lord Ailduin

Leather Worker: Create leather sets for blacksmiths. Paid per set created in the highest grade. See Lord Ailduin

Blacksmiths: Create Iron sets for war prep. Also make Alchemist Shears for Alchemists. Resource will be provided and you will be give compensation for high tier sets. Also repair tools for all professions. See Lord Ailduin for price to charge for repairs.

All professions will be paid reasonably for their efforts based on what each citizen delivers to Lord Ailduin. All citizens who deliver materials will be paid once per week, not per delivery. To make your deposit; See Lord Ailduin in either his office in The Citadel or in the Department of Labor. If Lord Ailduin is not available there will be a donation chest setup in the Department of Labor, just see Lord Ailduin once every elven week for pay. Must present your citizen passport to recieve pay. (( I will be paying all professions on every Saturday anytime between 1 pm CST to 9:30 pm CST))

• What is your availability: I have started a new job working 3rd shift. so my availability has change significantly. I now am available about 9 hours a day give ore take a little. from 1pm est to 10 pm est. sometimes I will be available in the mornings depending on how tired I am.

• Tell us an issue you currently experience on the server: As of right now there are very few if not only one issue that revolves around my perspective. The only thing I would say that I see as an issue that may be cleared up soon is that I feel hated on for my chosen race and the hate continues onto the forums as well.

• How do you feel individual GMs should present themselves?: Being a member of the gm team in my eyes means that you need to present yourself unbiased towards every aspect of the game. I feel that professionalism doesn't just cover it. Being able to respect the power your given to help the server move forward in leaps instead of small steps that could also set you back. I also feel that all GMs put the server ahead of yourself when you're on. Not ignoring  people because you don't like them, but take the time to do things right the first time instead of having to repeat the process over and over again.

• How do you feel the GM team collectively should present itself?: I feel that the GM team should present themselves in a professional way. Making sure that there isn't any bias towards certain races/nations if you dont care for them. They should make sure that they are friendly in all ways possible even if they are having a bad day. 

• Please list three players who will vouch for you: ww2buff99- First saw me when i was afk around the Dwarves in Vailor and approached me about joining his group. Ever since then I've devoted most of my play time to the group and loved every minute of it. If it wasnt for buff to be fair I probably would of left the server a long time ago. Malinor- I didn't really know Malinor until the start of Axios when the Snow Elves were resurrected. Malinor wasn't around during Vailor when I joined so i didn't get the chance to know him. But as of know I feel that we have solidified a solid friendship through this lovely game. Raomir- Honestly this guy was the one of the first to introduce me to the server. He was at CT when i spawned in and got me rping almost immediately. I will always consider him a good friend.

• What is your relationship with the members of the current GM Team?: Ever since the purge that Tahmas did, I have no outstanding issues with any of the current gms. I feel that I'm not really recognized in the chats/ ts channels since I'm generally with Malinor or ww2buff99 that they tend to get all the attention. Malinor is probably the only current gm that actually talks to me on a daily basis. Other gms have frequented my ts but mainly to talk with buff or Nazdus and never really me.  

• What are your finest and worst traits?: I tend to overwork myself frequently, now this can be taken as good and bad. Good being that it shows that I'm truly dedicated to the server but bad because I will at some point need a break. I'm honest to a fault and try my hardest to do the best job i can do with whatever I am assigned. If I don't know an answer I always look for it through friends who do. But at the same time I have issues, mentally speaking, that I don't ask for help when i should but that has always affected me even in IRL.

• Tell us about your time on Lord of the Craft: So I joined the server about roughly  2 years ago back in the early days of Vailor. When I joined I started out as a Dwarf and felt very welcomed especially with the welcoming party that came to get me when I spawned in. During the first few months I got to enjoy some basic rp and pvp which was all good since I didn't really put a lot of my time into the server. I eventually started to lose interest and soon ww2buff99 came around and actually recruited to join the snow elves. So I did and it gave me more inspiration to log on every night to play. I started to enjoy mining over time and became good at it, and here is my one and only mistake that i know of thus far, I got into a ts with some know x-rayers and they convinced me to start using it. I knew it was wrong to do it but at the same time I didn't think about the consequences that it would have. I got caught and was banned. But I look at the ban and used it as a complete lesson. Honestly that was my favorite moment on the server, as weird as it sounds, getting banned for cheating was the best thing that could of happened to me on the server. It gave me a new perspective of the server and the rules and I never will cheat again. Now back to being on the server. Once i was unbaned it was just too close to the end of the map so I really didn't log on afterwards. As Axios was released I felt invigorated to explore different nations and races and see how it differed from what I previously played. But as soon as the Snow elves became active again i hopped back into that bandwagon and diverted almost all my time and energy into the group. I became a well respected member amongst the group and found myself considered to be "nobility". Im still into mining and like previously will not cheat. I believe I will always be a Snow Elf until I leave the server because it has been the best time of my life on the server since I joined.

• What parts of the server are you most interested in?: Honestly even though I'm not tech savy at all, the skills plugin is what i find the most interest in as of current. I am really big into the mining skill and am proud to say that I am in the top ten from all legit mining. Also when I get interested in an idea for lore, I love to write them out to the fullest. Half of the current lore for the Snow Elves I had my hand in producing. 

• Other than yourself, who of the current applicants would you like to see on the GM Team?: Hiebe is a well rounded individual who I think would be a great addition to the team. Even though I don't know him personally, I see him on from time to time and have talked with him in Discord a few times and I feel that he could be a great team member. Onslaughted I've talked with before and when I did talk with him he seemed like a chill dude.

Do you feel that you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the application standards?: I have read multiple areas of lore and do feel that i have a solid grasp on it. however if there is something i dont know then i will spend time looking it up to get acquainted with it.

Why do you want to be an AT member and do you have the ability to work and collaborate with others?: I feel obligated to do more for the server that i have enjoyed for almost 2 years and with my time constraints the AT team seems to be the best option. I do feel that i can work well with others and I know that I will do any job that is given to me the best that i can. 

Beyond reviewing whitelist applications, what ways do you think you would enjoy helping new applicants?: In my time on the server i have had multiple characters amongst multiple races. Now i do feel like Elfs have been my main race, Ive done human rp, dwarf rp, and most elf rp. With that being said i can help new players give a general idea on what they are to expect from certain rp groups. 

How do you think the server’s application process could be improved?: The application process is good when someone is around to process the apps in a timely manner. Ive been on the forums late at night and have seen multiple apps just sitting around for hours without being answered. I am capable to do this since as metioned before i do have a certain time constraint.

Is there anything else you would like to add or that we should know about you?: I work fulltime so i generally am only available around 10 pm- 3 am cst but on my days off i am generally always on.

Frost’s Pact

Alliance Pact of the Snow Elves of the Princedom of Fenn and The Frostbeard Clan

The Grand Harvest, 1599

On this date the Snow Elves of Fenn and The Dwed of the Frostbeard Clan have come to terms of agreement that each other will aid one another in times of need.

Terms of this pact stand as follows:  Both Snow Elves and Frostbeards will be welcome with open arms to each others table and humble home. The Frostbeard Clan will have access to an Apartment with in the Citadel of Fenn to use in times of need. As will the Snow Elves will have a place amongst the Frostbeards. The Snow Elves will do everything in their power to aid the Frostbeard Clan if and when an aggressor attacks the Clan. The Frostbeard Clan will do everything in their power to lend aid to the Snow Elves of Fenn in any case that the Snow Elves are attacked.

This Pact of Alliance is void if and only if either side rebels against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

Sitting amongst himself in his observatory thinking, devising, wishing, Ailduin rests unsure why his messages have reached deafened ears. However some have answered the call but not as many as he remembered from his youth. Surely not all have been wiped out by the attack to his folk early in their time on Axios. As they marched away from the rubble that once was a great palace in the Northwestern Mountains of Ceru,  Ailduin certainly counted several hundred of his brothers at arms. They must have marched farther than some to not get the message. He sits alone in the hawkish dome atop his home wondering what then he must do. He proceeds to sit until the bright light of dawn brushes against his eyes. "When will they come? When will they see that we are safe once again?" He questions the brisk frigid air.
"Alas I must go," He states as the idea of his own words spread across the land must be the only way to attract his stock to come to their  home. "Perhaps the word of the Citadel was toned out by the sheer frigidness of the mountains themselves?" He states to himself as he proceeds to rise from the bench. "I must leave at once to spread the word of the great Citadel, to bring not only my kin but also new folk to this marvelous home."
He walks down to his room to pack some belongings for his trip to spread the word. 
As he leaves his tower he looks up to it as saying he will see it again with a mast of folk to fill the Citadel. Ailduin headed to his office to retrieve a few more items. Along his way he runs into both High Chancellor Laen as well as Crowned Price Nazdus and declares "I must go out in search of our kin, in search of why our messages go unanswered. I will return with the truth and hopefully new allies to enjoy our great home with us" He says with a hasty bow as he departs his office.
Before he leaves both members of the council approach him wishing luck upon his journey's. 
Ailduin leaves the Citadel with the aspiration to see it filled to the brim. As he trots toward the coast he looks back at his home making good memory of it for his trials are only beginning as his search for his brothers as well as allies will be a long one.

Ailduin sees the flyer and immediately thinks of all the things he could do with one. He sets forth to head for the Dwarven City to purchase/negoitate for one.

After reading the decree from the welves Ailduin recanters by saying, "You wish for a stable world but yet you refused for my kin, the mali'fenn, peace. In fact you attack us demanding that we bend the knee to the opressive Orenian Empire as you have done so much in the past century. So I ask again how is it that you strive for peace when you attack the mali'fenn out of spite for our existence?"

Osvaldo Mcdonough reads the transcript. It may surprise many but he feels it is necessary to help put an end to the power hungry Orenian Empire and its allies in the North. He then returns his former bannerman cloths to begin his journey towards Ostwistk in search to join the revolution. 

well if its removed whhy not also remove all the other "useless" skills that are in the game, like stonemason, lumberjack, farming, woodworking ect

if mining as a profession is removed then why wasnt it mentioned in the removal list???? i just looked at the skill list and its not even there and all the exp that you had there is all gone..... to be honest im pissed if it got removed................ ******* pissed if it was mainly because i took pride in my level in that profession since it was the best profession for me only being available late at night when no rp is really going on

did exp get nerfed in mining? i mined almost 50 or so blocks and my exp countdown didnt move once or was mining removed completly from a profession?

What would be cool in my eyes would be doing your capture timer but doing it more than once a day. some people cant get on at certain times due to school or work and it would be cool if, for example you would have a capture point timer in the morning around like 11 am est, one in the afternoon or early evening at like 5pm est and on late at night like at 11 pm est. And to sucure the point for the day you would have to win 2 of the 3 battles times to secure the point for the day. that way everyone would be able to get a chance to participate in the warzone. and people wouldnt have to be there at a specific time and only that time. like for example again, Europeans and americans not having to stretch their sleep schedules just to be at the warzone for 15-20 mins each day. i get it that not alot of people are on early in the morning or late at night but this gives the people who are on a chance to enjoy the warzone when they generally cant. I for one can say that i dont get to enjoy warzones or war claims for that matter because i have to juggle working fulltime. i do enjoy the server and would love to partake in the warzone/warclaims but never am available to do such since i work from early afternoon to close to late at night. i can only get on at a certain time of the day, which makes it hard for me to actually participate in the fun times of a warzone/warclaim.

What is interesting enough is that i was planning on watching all the star wars again just because i just recently saw rogue one. but now i will do it with the knowledge that one of the greats in the movie has passed on. so thus i will watch them all to pay tribute towards Carrie Fisher

Why do you want to be an AT member and do you have the ability to work and collaborate with others?: I want to be able to help new players get into the roleplay of there server and get them to make great stories with their characters they play. I feel that being part of this team could allow me to help the server that i enjoy so much. I do believe i can work great with other members of the team and i feel that great things can be done.

I understand that a big application is required to weed out the people who arent devoted to roleplay however, i have had several irl friends tell me that they checked out the server and didnt apply due to the length of the application. even though in my eyes and many others its not long, some feel that it is daunting. I think that the application is nesscary to find the great rpers but at the same time i feel some things could be shortened on it. I know that the backstory is a big part of the application but that is one thing alot of people have been scared of. i would find a way to make it a less daunting task to complete

Im a hard worker and take my job irl and rp seriously. I dont just joke around all the time. I know when its time to be serious.
