What is roleplaying?: When you act as another player, that is not yourself. What is metagaming?: When you get information that you can't get in-game, to help you play, like boss information. What is powergaming?: When you say an action while roleplaying, such that the other player can't react to to prevent it from happening. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Character’s name: Angela_Lestoat Character’s sex: Female Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 20 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Angela was born in a city in Athera in 1512. When Athera was attacked by the giant worm, she and her family moved to Vailor in in 1513. Her family faced many hardships but they managed to raise Angela in a happy enviornment. She was born into a family that had baked, her mother serving as the baker, and her brother helping. Her father was a merchant that was always away from home, he came back once or twice a year with more then enough to give to his family. She was a very happy child and loved to explore, she lived a normal life in Vailor and everything was perfect to her. The plauge that spread through Vailor in 1526 did not infect her family, because they lived in their basement for time the plague lasted, and ate all of thier preserved food. Some times they had to go out and find whatever was ediable. She, her brother, and her father would chop wood outdoors for a fire, and her mother would stay in the basement and tidying the basement so it was at least clean for them to live in. Then when Guy de Bar had died, her family re-acted very violently. Her family ,except Angela, always respected the king and would trade their lives for his if possible which sounded a bit creepy to her and did not care. After that, they resumed their daily life. Angela tried to help her mother with the baking, but she just didn't have the knack for it. She would always burn the bread, or add too much water to the dough. Her brother, on the other hand, was the perfect baker. Angela wished that she could make a perfect loaf of bread, and recieve the same praise that her mother would give to her brother. No, she was always the one getting scolded for wasting food. She always wanted to go on an adventure, just like the charachters in the stories she read did, just like her father always got to do. She always begged her father to take her with him on his journeies, but he always kindly denied her request, because he knew it was too dangerous for her. He said she could go when she was 18. So, when she was 18, she left home to travel with her father and after that she decided to travel on her own in hopes she would become something great oneday. In her travels, she met many strange folk and saw many things. She befriended many but sadly those friendships didn't last, near Felsen she has met many that are aggressive. Now she just wanders throught the streets and daydreams of what she wants in the future. She does not wish for love or any other thing but only wants to prove that she is independent and nothing stands in her way! Ambitions: To read every single book in the kingdom, to improve her fighting skills, and to learn another language, so she can read in that language too. Strengths/Talents: Very fast reader, has a good balance, and is very skilled at drawing. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Can't fight very well, can't lift a lot of weight, is terrible at cooking, and she hates spiders. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): She weighs 120 pounds, and she is 5 feet, 6 inches tall. She has brown hair, and green eyes. She doesn't have a womanly figure, she looks more boyish and muscular. Is usually seen wearing a straw hat. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Yui is a Hobbit that was born in the Shire some 300 years after Frodo's story. She currently lives in the Shire, although she is usually travelling with the army.She really loved to read books, and she loved books, and stories. Yui really wanted to go on an adventure, just like the charachters in her books did. However, Yui knew she was just another Hobbit with a dream. One day, she decided to join the Dwarf Army, and learn how to fight. It was a hard experince, since the rest of the dwarves thought she was a pansy, and the rest of the hobbits just shunned her, because in the Shire, fighting meant trouble, and they really didn't want to bother with the trouble. After a lot of hard work, she became the lieutenant of a squad. She fought in a lot of battles, and although she wasn't the best at fighting, she wasn't half bad either. She had spirit, alright. However, her fighting skills could use a little work. She found she was quite good at the battle strategies, rather than being in the actual battle. She is also pretty good at drawing. Personality Traits: Very book-smart, very social when you get to know her. Mostly an introvert. Ambitions: Wants to have a great adventure, like in the book sshe reads. She also wants to be better at cooking, becuase her mother would always have to make something for her. Strengths/Talents: fast reader, good at using short swords, very good artist. Very good at reading situations. Weaknesses/Inabilities:Bad at cooking, has no sense of direction. Really, really bad at writing. Afraid of spiders. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): She's about 125 pounds, pretty tall, but that's not saying much since she's a hobbit. She's about 5 feet tall. Has short, brown hair, and emerald eyes. Usually seen wearing a straw hat. Wears classic dwarf armor, but it was modified to be a leather chestplate, because she couldn't carry the weight of the iron armor.
