In-Character Information Character’s name: (what do you want your character to be called?) Bellaluna Theydark (close friends call her “Luna” for short) Character’s sex: (male or female?) Female Character’s race: (you can find all the playable races here.) Dark Elf Character’s age: (upon application, your character must be 18 or older, and depending on the race, they can be over five hundred years old!) 70 Biography: Bellaluna Theydark was born into a very wealthy family. She was taught everything a normal Mali’ker was taught. Through passion and expression. Although, most dark elves act foolishly or brashly, she has always thought to think through every situation in a calm fashion. Bellaluna also like her many kin, loved the jewelry and silk that was worn throughout the city of Ebonglade. Being from a wealthy family, her father always expected perfection from her. Which was very demanding for a young Mali’ker. “You were destined for something Luna, I can see it,” her father had once told her. This made life very hard on Bellaluna. For instance, when she was 60, she had felt as if she had found her mate. His name was Andras, but unlike her, he was born of two lower class lumberjacks. He would travel with High Elves they look upon with disdain. He felt that the dark elves judged them for their ancestors, and that they knew nothing. This caused him to be fairly disliked. But Bellaluna saw a Mali’ker who was not afraid, and would not be brainwashed and controlled. This, Bellaluna admired. Unfortunately, her father disapproved of Andras. So, when Andras came to her father for her blessing, believing that they were meant for each other, her father killed him. Driven by his overprotectiveness for his daughter and family, they left for Laureh’lin. There they made sure no one paid attention to them. In an span of only a few weeks, guards from Ebonglade had found them. Because of her father’s choice, her family was killed that day and she managed to escape except for a dagger that cut her face. Until this day, Bellaluna has always found that only she could trust herself. Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Bellaluna is very kind and generous. She always takes pleasure in helping others, no matter the case. She walks with grace and is very calm in a matter of stress or disruption. Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Someone that people look up to. She also wants to be able to find a loving mate. Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Bellaluna does not like to get her hands dirty or do too much work. So, she has found baking and cooking to be a perfect occupation (Chef). She also almost never shows that she is angry because, she believes anger can change a person. Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She knows how to defend herself but that stops there. She refuses to engage in combat or support violence. (But, that one day, might get her killed.) Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Bellaluna is short for a dark elf, standing at 5’ 10. She has dark skin (being a dark elf) and pure silver hair. Her eyes are the color of primrose and she loves to wear her favorite purple and white dress. Bellaluna is a look of feline grace, carrying herself like royalty. She carries some knives beneath her clothing for defense. She also has a scar across her left cheek from a dagger. A day before she was born, her sister had fled the Silver City of Haelun ’or. Unfortunately, Anya had never met her sister or mother, since she died in labor, and her father never spoke of them. Only occasionally, did her father talk of her mother, her kindness, generosity, but also her wildness. He never spoke of her sister. Not once. To them she was a disgrace to the family and to Haelun’or. After a few months, the news of her sister’s disappearance was no longer spoken. Her father still mourned her mother, and because of that, she rarely was paid attention too. A few years later, her father felt like he could not live anymore. He traveled to the nearest tavern and ended up getting into a brawl with Orcs. News spread throughout the city and not a day past 30 did Anya receive the news. From that point on, she became lonely, looking for adventure and friends. But everyone in the city believed she was cursed or ‘bad luck’. Only then did she receive some tutoring and lessons from an older elf in the city. She then became interested in magic and sought out every opportunity to practice it. She studied Arcane magic and eventually became interested in Fire Evocation. She still had years and years to master it, but she knew it could wait. About a week after that, no one seemed to care when Anya Aelisinan went through the gates and into the world beyond. Personality Traits: Kind, Mischievous, Optimistic, and Judgemental Ambitions: To learn more about Arcane magic and her sister Strengths/Talents: Magic; Use of daggers Weaknesses/Inabilities: Combat, mainly with a sword Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Anya is quite beautiful with her wavy, platinum hair, pale skin, and purple eyes. She stands at 5’11 and weighs 110 pounds. She normally wears her favorite red dress but carries a pouch with her items for magic.
