Your application has been put on pending as there are changes needing to be made before you may be accepted, as follows:
→ Your Personality Traits/Quirks need to include at least one negative trait. Being reserved isn’t quite that detrimental to a character, and many could argue that it can be a good thing at times. Try to come up with something else instead. If you need assistance, here’s a handy guide you could refer to.
→Your Character Biography states that your character is “very experienced in warfare”. Your first character can’t have superb experience with anything, nor can they be extremely skilled in anything just starting out. We would prefer your character to gain such things through roleplay on the server. Please make some proper edits to reflect this.
All in all, this is a very good application. You mentioned the clothing style of your character reflects Shinobi culture, and that’s totally fine. I just want to let you know that you can’t directly reference outside irl cultures in game. You can reference them out of character to assist in describing something, like your clothing, but try and stay away from directly mentioning them when you roleplay.

→ Your Character Biography has a lot of run-on sentences. You need at least ten sentences in your biography, but currently only have six. If you fixed your run-on sentences, this issue will easily be solved.
→ You’ve applied as a wood elf, yet the skin you chose is has a white complexion. Wood elves have a specific skin tone, which falls under a bit of a tan spectrum. You’ll need to edit the skin tone of your character in order to reflect this. Here’s a handy guide regarding all of that.
→ Lastly, Please try to fix all grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in your application to the best of your ability. I recommend using a free grammar checker such as Grammarly.

Your application has unfortunately been denied at this time due to having too many mistakes, though here are the changes that would need to be made:
→ Your Metagaming definition is on the right track, but it needs some work.
→ Your Powergaming definition is incorrect.
→ Your application needs at least two lore references from the server. It would also be preferred if you used full sentences. Tell it like you’re telling a story!
→ Your character can’t change their eye color drastically unless through certain magics, and the same goes for their hair.
→ Characters can’t have cat ears.
→ Your roleplay scenario needs a bit of work.
