Knowing that he said that Lord of the Craft is a serious roleplaying server made me extremely want to join Definitions Feel free to Google the answers or browse our forums, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person! What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is taking up a role and playing as that role as if your in a movie/play What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you know something OOC but your character does not and you go to the situation. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is overpowering yourself with your actions in the roleplay In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Character’s name: Arcanus Marrin Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Dark Elf Character’s age: 22 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Arcanus had ran away from his home in Ker'nor after his mother had been killed by the plague. He was only 14 then. He found a little camp set up by some survivors of the plague and asked them where he was. They told him he was in Haelun'or. They told him that many knew many powers and could but one, Shade. So Arcanus researched about the power Shade. He trained for years on end. But he couldn't perfect it. He always thought that he had to become a shade user. But years later, everyone but him at the camp died from a small but deadly disease that was just between the camp. Arcanus was furious to see that his best providers of knowledge of powers had died. Now he's looking for people to helping become a shade user and he won't let anyone get in his way. Personality Traits: Determined, Creative, Likes working alone. Ambitions: To become a user of Shade, To get revenge on the person who started the plague. Strengths/Talents: Has amazing Reflexes, Very Agile, Great with a bow and a Dagger, Great at persuading people. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Terrible with a sword, Broadsword and a spear.
