I am thinking of making a small settlement (submitting a charter) but I need dedicated players to join. This means people who could help out every now and then, who are on quite a bit of the time (this doesn't mean I would need you on EVERY day). Yes, I think that maybe in the tutorials/guides forums they should add something like this because of course at first ppl want to be a noble or something but no one actually y rly knows how to tell u how to become one exactly. Personally I'll stick to usual things as like everyone says it's slot more fun :)
