What’s the rule you agree with the most?: They all make sense, obviously powergaming ruins roleplaying also just general community minecraft rules.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: My younger brother (MrA8ur93ss I believe his username is) plays the game.
Definitions
What is roleplaying?: Attempting to act as a character you designed, quoting emotions, actions and conversations. Often in relation to roleplaying games,
What is metagaming?: Using knowledge that your character wouldn’t know even if not consciously eg. Going back to place of death. Or choosing not to use an item cause you read it and it’s cursed even though your character would suit it and wouldn’t know that.
What is powergaming?: Quoting actions that have a forced outcome. Eg I kill you vs I attempt/try to kill you.
In-Character Information
Character’s name: Scanlin Orion
Character’s sex: Male
Character’s race: Human - Heartlander
Character’s age: Unknown to him, and everyone else (?) (looks around 30)
Biography: Scanlin Orion, or at least that’s the name he currently knows, on the surface a cynical human, cold to his surroundings and defensive under pressure. The secret this human holds: immortality. Something many would and have killed for Scanlin comes from a bloodline that took part in the banishment of Iblees1, however when human kind where cursed with mortality the Orions experienced the opposite but still quite the curse. As they watched the world crumble around them, loved ones die, kingdoms rise and fall 3 many ended their lives. Those that did not realised that eternal live did not make them invincible, as many where hunted others lived full lives seeming to stay around the age of 30. However the human mind is fickle and memory is something hard to come by in the long run. The few Orions left started to forget huge parts of their lives, everything from their skills to their nobilities to their families.
Scanlin, as far as he knows is the last of the Orions, worse still he is infertile so his death will be the death of human immortality. He knows he has lived for longer than he can remember, at a time he may well have been a king, a myth, a legend! He has travelled far in the past trying to find other Orions with not luck, turns out people either don’t believe him, or try to kill him. Among his travels he has heard many wives tales that almost perfectly describe him from different periods in time all which end with a disappearance so he is also trying to map his history. He hates those who he sees regularly knowing one day they will die, hence why he refuses love as to him it is just pain. The first think Scanlin remembers is waking in the sewers of “Felsen” 2 with a note: “
Scanlin Orion. That is your name. That is the name I knew you by. You have been stripped of your magic’s, Your tools. Your nobility. Do not seek us out. Do not tell your story. Run. Hide. Survive. When your time comes: rise.
” As well as an indecipherable signature. Along his arms “Scanlin Orion” and “King no longer” burnt into him. He keeps this very hidden under his robes. His first few years he spent starving spending each day trying to find his next meal stealing what he could before his fortune changed and a lumberjack took him in, taught him the ways of the forester and Scanlin became a jack of all trades, eventually his mentor left him his tools when he died. Now he spends his days harvesting wood, and his nights drinking away his nightmares: Fractured terrors from his long past.

3. Kingdoms did rise and fall meaning my character may have meta knowledge from the wikis about the history’s but its distorted like it’s in dreams and nightmares, and not of huge use. Because he lived bits of it, although he keeps it to himself.
Personality Traits: Cynical, alcoholic, beefy, defensive.
Ambitions: Survive day to day not worrying about time running out, find another Orion, or another immoral human. Trace his history to find where the note is from, discretely. Rise when his time comes.
Strengths/Talents: Staying unnoticed, Chopping trees, fighting (brawling).
Weaknesses/Inabilities: His un-improvable memory, ability to let others in.
Appearance: Reasonably dark skinned for someone of these lands, tall (6’3’’) with scars on his arms, his name and a quote “King no longer”. Wears white robes, to hide his face and his scars, not realising that it may make him stick out even more.
