Out-Of-Character Information
What’s your Minecraft account name?: Minikirb
How old are you?: I am sixteen years old.
Are you aware the server is PG-13 (You won’t be denied for being under 13): Yes. I am fully aware.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes.
What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I agree with the fact that role-play should follow the lore of "Lord of the Craft". If we didn't act based on the lore, then it wouldn't very well be a immersive role-play.
Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?: There are no rules I find confusing.
How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I had found the website through a recommendation from a friend to check it out. A few years ago, I used Enjin as a way to find role-plays server and after so many years my friend just re-sparked my interest.
Definitions
What is role-playing?: Role-Playing is the act of playing a role as another character rather than oneself.
What is metagaming?: Meta-gaming is using outside elements or knowledge to advance your character’s own knowledge. This is seen as unacceptable in most server as it ruins the experience of a realist role-play. A best example of Meta-gaming is knowing having your character know the exact location of a friend or player and acting upon it even when realistically they wouldn't have known their location.
What is power-emoting (power-gaming)?: Power-gaming is when one player forces an action of their character towards another player character.

The moon shined above brightly as a cold breeze passed through the busy streets of Felsen, but deep in the library as the air was warmed with fire was a young girl reading books of far-away lands and realms that spanned many years ago. The young girl’s name was Dolce, a heartlander with silky pale skin and long black hair. From a young age, she was enthralled by the many cultures featured in the realm from the southern deserts of Khalestine to the cold north lands of Krinfird; She often stayed in the libraries reading books of that nature, to the point of becoming a well known regular. Her thirst for knowledge was finally noticed by a group of archaeologist and anthropologist from the institute of Sky Fall, a reputable institution for learning the arcane arts and much more. She was invited to come with them to study the culture and history of Khalestine, to which she became ecstatic and through the constant pleading to her parents accepted their invitation. This was an opportunity of a life-time, for her this was the start of her life under a grand institution.
Her research in the Caliphate of Khalestine was satisfying to say the least. For an extensive amount of years she had examined the political progress and culture as it slowly transformed into the Sultanate of Khalestine. Her discoveries on the history through fragile artifacts and documents was fascinating for her and her peers and though she was invited to stay under the wing of the grand institute, she declined due to a sudden romantic interests in one of the local merchants of Khalestine. He was known as Bashshar Masih, a prominent merchant whose family once helped in the unification under the caliph. They had met through an interview on her analysis on the economics of Khalestine and afterwards shared further words that soon sprouted into an interest into one another. After a year in a relationship with Bashshar, they had shortly after married; her wedding night was without her knowledge the day she would create A’ria.
After the birth of A’ria Masih, Dolce had found domestic life to be enticing but soon left as she felt she had much to learn in further lands. She left with notice and headed to Sky Fall knowing that Bashshar, her husband would keep her legacy safe until her time to leave. Bashshar had kept his promise and pampered her daughter with the finest silks and delights. However, A’ria at a young age had never been interested in the material wealth of her father but rather the intellectual wealth stored in Bashshar’s library, sometimes locking herself inside his office for days. She also began showing signs of increased empathy towards others as Bashshar’s attempts to have her socialize were futile, ultimately leading to fights and awkward silence. Further into her journey in her father’s library, she had developed negotiation skills, comprehension on economics, and tactics; though nothing was as much an interest to her than the dark arts mentioned in some of her books.
As she showed increasing signs of interesting she began toying with her servants, sometimes it would lead to injuries. After months different servants would be hired and resign as they would plead to Bashshar to resign and escape from her frightful toying. Bashshar, confused as to how he should react to the attitude of his child decided to confiscate her precious books from her. Though after month of silence and peace, A’ria had began to become increasingly violent and during one unfortunate night decided that her time in Khalestine and her restrictions of knowledge would be over. With little sympathy she had murdered a young female servant, leaving with her most previous books in her satchel and a minuscule amount of pocket change. She had remembered of her father speaking of her mother and her desire to head to Sky Fall, an institute that she heard was highly regarded for their scholars. Deciding that would be her first place she would set off to, she left the lifeless corpse on the bedroom floor and escaped with little obstacles.
Personality: As an ambitious seeker of knowledge, she is highly analytical and has no interest in the "trivialities" of life. She is a highly empathetic person who is willing so sacrifice the lives of other for the benefit of her own. She has no little to no social skills and would rather focus on her work rather than peoples lives. Her obsessive nature makes her prone to causing self harm and is stubborn when she believes she is right.
Ambitions: Though she wanders aimlessly to satiate her lust for newer dark arts and divination. Her first destination after leaving Khalestine will be to find the reputable magical institution named Sky Fall.
Strengths/Talents: Her time reading books has created an aptitude to learning magic. She also bears an adequate amount of knowledge regarding trade, economy, war tactics, and history. She is efficient in her work when it is needed and focuses well in situations of panic. She is adaptive to many environments from her time living in the desert, so she survives well in places that bear harsh climates.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: She is lacking when it comes to social interaction and is extremely stubborn when she believes that she is right. She is horrible at cooking (to which she does not notice) and is very weak in terms of strength. She also has a mild case of insomnia as she reads more during the night than sleeping.
Appearance:
A'ria has dark black shoulder length hair that is most of the time slightly messy as she focuses too much on her work to notice. She has a pale skin complexion with grey eyes decorated with dark eye shadow on the top and golden eye shadow on the bottom of her eyes. As she originated from a desert tribe, her dress is made to compliment the harsh heat of the day and blistering cold of the night in the desert with her light pants and top. To protect her most vital regions in case of battle, she also wears padded leather armor that stretches from the bottom of her abdomen to part of her chest. Atop her undergarments are thicker fabrics made for warm her during the colder days. Most of her clothing is a shade of dark purple with the exception of the gold trimmings. She carries a bulky leather satchel that carries her books and necessities.
Skin: (( At the moment I am searching for a person to create a custom skin for this character so for now this will be a placeholder. I have no intention of plagiarizing, though at the current moment I do not have any skin that perfectly envisions my character.
