Probably trolling, as I feel after a while it can get very annoying/frustrating at times. It also would be great to play Minecraft without having some troll in the chat. How did I find out about LOTC? My friend introduced it to me back in January. Definitions What is roleplaying? Roleplaying is acting in the form of a fictional (or non-fictional) character in part of a storyline with other characters. When roleplaying, there’s most likely backstories, settings, personalities, etc. What is metagaming? Metagaming is when a roleplaying character contains info from outside of their current game to get an advantage. Ex. Texting a friend to help you when in battle. Powergaming: Powergaming is when someone gives themselves too much credit ingame. In Character Info Character name: Bastrix Sex: Female Race: High Elf Age: 128 Biography: Bastrix originally came from The City of Celein. She was always very bright and excelled in learning musically/educationally. For the next 20 years she would live with her parents in perfect harmony. Most of her hobbies included playing her violin, reading, and going out to play in the river that flowed besides their woodland house. (Which was on the west edge of Celein) She never had many friends, but when she had a good one, she held onto it. However, on a particular day, Bastrix explored the river. When she came back to her house, her parents were fighting. They were both intoxicated, and Ascal (Bastrix’s father) started to hit her mom. After standing in the corner in fear, Bastrix decided to take a stand. She jumped in front of her father, causing her to be hit repeatedly and break her wrist. After this event, Bastrix starts living with her adventurous uncle. They travel all around Vailor, and occasionally set up their homemade shop, Elven Equipment. After ten years, even at a young age, Bastrix decides to depart her uncle, and go live on her own in The Holy Orenian Empire. Currently, she mostly hangs out at the local library. Personality: Bastrix is an introvert, with a burning passion for music. She can be quite reserved at times, but she can be very open. She’s very awkward, clumsy, and romantic. She has a habit of tapping her feet repeatedly in complex pattern, almost like a game. She loves cats, violin, writing, and combat. The reason she is so unique is because when she plays music, it brings out her powerful side. Not trying to be too cheesy but, music is an outlet for her. It also helps in combat. She always carries her violin around so if she’s ever in combat then she can whip out the violin, play some tunes, and kick butt. Overall, she’s a daredevil introvert. :) Ambitions: Bastrix aspires to be a lovable person that you can always count on, no matter the situation. She someday wants to be a large musician in the big city. She aspires to be loved, and to be appreciated in the world. She wants to find out her purpose, and fulfill her dreams. Strengths/Talents: She’s obviously a great musician, a very talented writer, and more. She is also an excellent magician, and is very skilled in being knowledgeable about almost everything. She is also very talented when using a bow. But lastly, she’s very limber, so she is an excellent acrobat and stunter, helping her very much so in combat. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Although she can play instruments very well, she’s probably the most tonedeaf person in all of Vailor. She’s also probably the worst fighter to use a sword or axe. She has terrible aim, and the weapons are just too heavy for her. She’s not perfect at all, and she’s proud of that. Appearance: Probably one of the shortest elves, measuring at 5’2. She’s very skinny weighing in at 105 lbs. She has dirty blond hair, and green eyes. She has a scar right above her eye. Her face shape is square, and she doesn’t have a skinny face. Her nose is a sphere at the end, and not pointy at all. Her hair goes down to her posterior. She has quite large feet, making her very clumsy. She’s very petite.
