How am I supposed to know about how to become said race.

Im completely confused Im looking for eg. a place to apply for example a Wraith or a different race that isn't available by default.

I assumed that at first I looked around on the forums for nearly a hour I didn't find anything about applying for one.

So I've seen some Wraith's in-game and other classes that I couldn't apply for when I first made my whitelist application what are those?
