“Frostbeard, Goldhand, Silvervein, ye’re all a bunch of stupid dishonorable pricks,” Leofwine would mutter, “Bet I could find more honor in a wood elf than I could find in an entire Dwarven Kingdom.”

    Argnos would drop a tear

    The old passes on.

Lance had after weeks of being lost, hopeless, and alone, managed to safely return to his beloved kingdom, but not to the best of times, his long friend, liege, Rhys var Ruthern had passed before he did, he heard of the passing of Robert, wich he took deep down, in his heart

Once a strong and lively commandant of Haense, he had never looked worse, he had lost weight, looked weak, and confused.

Hello?” a short pause came between the words he tried to call out “Is anybody there?” Lance’s old voice spoke out in the square of Reza, but no answer came, his name was forgotten, he understood why, and was happy with knowing that what he did, truly.

he had his time with Henrik Kovachev, treasured, and the times Rhy’s aswell, King robert he had served to death, but felt like he had failed upon hearing about his and his wife’s passing.

Seems like i am alone on this world now, is it truly time for me to join them?” spoke lance, as he sat down on a small wall, out on the streets, a tear rolled over his face as he started to think about his life, having fought in the Third coalition war, he knew that he had seen wat the new generation has not, but upon his resignation, he passed his legacy on to the new generation, he felt good at that.

I feel like it is.” he spoke while he felt himself becoming weaker, ever so slightly, he slowly made his way to stand infront of the Royal palace, to perform his last salute “I have lived happily, and i could not have wished to have served a better place, may GOD be kind to my soul..

as he went to make his way back to the tavern, to rent a room for his last night as he closed his eyes…

Lance Ljord, Former Black company member, Bannerman of House Ruthern, Soldier in the Brotherhood of Saint-Karl, Commandant in the Royal army, had passed peacefully in his sleep, may he be with his friends and fellow soldiers in the seven skies.

For nearly sixty years I’ve served and fought for Haense. I’ve seen Kings rise and fall, yet my loyalty and dedication to Haense remained unwavered. Now as the twilight years of my life draw ever near, and my bones grow weak, I look back a reflect on those long years. I served under the former Lord Marshal Rhys var Ruthern, as apart of the famed Black Company then continued to serve within the Brotherhood of Saint Karl. I labored through the ranks until, finally reached the rank of Commandant, using my years of experience to train the generation in combat. Now it's time to hang up the sword, resign from my post as commandant. I will continue to serve Haense, and if called on rise to its defense, however, it's time for a new leader to rise from the ranks of Royal Army.

    I shall never falter,

    Commandant Lance Ljord
