In-Character Information Character’s name: Xian Quin Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human. Character’s age: 28 years old. Biography: My Father, Rob Quin was a descendant of his ancestry tree of merchants. My Mother, Laura Quin was a farmer on the Malinorian farms. She worked there for quite a long time until the pillaging happened. She fled and took whatever she could carry with her. She met a handsome man on the way to Sution. She was going to sell her wares and then find another job. They looked at each other and it was true love at first sight. Before Xian Quin was born, they used to go on merchanting adventures selling their wares to passerby adventurers on the road to the different city states. Rob Quin and Laura Quin was apart of the Golden Rebellion by gearing up the soldiers with their cheap wares to help aid against the empire. Xian Quin was born in 1542, in the city state of Sutica. Xian was apart of a family of merchants who sold, traded and bought a lot of produce off other merchants. His family only consisted of himself, his mother and his father. They lived together upstairs in the shop, as they didn't have enough to buy a house. It was pretty cramped but they got by. They cared for one another, in difficult times. His father always told him, if something were to happen to them, that he would have to take on the family business. They owned a general goods shop, in one of the corners of Sutica. It wasn't a very big shop, but its something they owned. The shop was named, Quin Trades. They sold the odd oddities to passerby merchants. They had enough money to buy themselves food, their products, and the monthly bill of the shop. Xian would always have to travel out to find supplies outside of the city state. After a few years, Xians mother became sick so he was told by his father to run off and get supplies and medicine for his mother. By the time he went out, and got back to the shop, his mother had passed away. His father never recovered even after all the grieving they both did. Xian had to tend to the shop, and his father. Eventually the day came, when his father popped his clogs and died. Xian buried the bodies of his parents, and sold the shop as it was going under financial problems. Eventually Xian decided to go on an adventure to see the best possible way to get money and to reach his ambitions. Personality Traits: Xian has a Sense of Humour. Hes always joking about everything, and then when anything comes up and can be changed into something funny, he will say it just to sound a bit childish. Xian is a hopeless romantic. He tried winning this woman over when he was 18 years of age. It clearly didn't go in his favour and she just walked away. He tried winning her back by performing in front of her, but she just ignored him and walked away. He got the picture and got sad. Xian is very Caring when it comes to certain situations. He can be very calm, and caring when someone is in distressed or when feeling lonely. Likes: - Romance, Music, Books, Dislikes: - Unintelligent people, Orcs, Barbarians, Ambitions: Xian aspires to one day have a home way away from all the conflict in the world. He aspires to have a chunk of money and a family to care for. Strengths/Talents: Xian is very talented with a bow and arrow, and often practices whenever he can. He can also cook very well. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Xian is a very forgiving person which is his biggest weakness. He also tends to over think situations. He thinks of situations out of proportion. How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I found it out by a player named Redninja and some other friends who joined another server named A'therys Ascended. Biography: Xian Quin was born in 1996 in the city state of Sutica into a family of merchants. His family was a moderate sized family. He had a brother and a sister. He was the oldest brother in to carry on with the family name of merchants. One day, his father became too sick to manage the shop, so while his mother was tending to him, Xian had taken over the corner shop their family owned while the younger brother and sister did the daily chore runs to help aid in the family. Eventually his father passed away, followed by his mother committing suicide. His siblings all helped around the shop to make the shop. Eventually the day came when shop lifters came, stole half the produce in which they were selling. The younger brother and sister couldn't stand by and watch them, and tried to intervene by trying to fight back for the produce in which they have stolen. Sadly this didn't go in their favour and the thief stabbed the younger brother and sister, as they were walking out. Xian after that day swore that he would take revenge on those who have wronged him. It had taken him 2 months and 3 weeks to recover from all the terrible losses in which has occurred. Xian had no other choice but to sell the shop off, and then start up from scratch. Working from the bottom. Xian now travels from city to city scowling the lands to get the best prices of mina for his produce. Personality Traits: Loves taking quality time searching through markets for good quality wares, likes it when it rains and loves everything to do with water. Xian hates being wrong which 86% of the time, he is. Ambitions: To become one of the best merchants in all of the lands. Strengths/Talents: Xian is very talented with bartering for a better price of wares, and skilled with making traps around the area. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Xian's biggest weakness is not knowing when to stop buying produce.
