Yes, I cannot decide between the "No metagming" and the "No powergaming" rules, as I believe they are equally of utmost importance. In my opinion metagaming and powergaming have the most potantial to ruin good RP, and I do not practice or condone it on any RP game I play.

What is roleplaying?:
In my opinion, roleplaying is the act of choosing / making a character and acting as if you were that character ( put yourself in your character's role, hence "role"play.
What is metagaming?:
Metagaming is the act of using outside information that you personally know, and applying it to your character without any arguments as to how your character would have possibly known that information. This is especially true when getting information from OOC, and then applying that information to your character.
What is power-emoting (powergaming)?:
Powergaming is the act of roleplaying certain attributes deemed too powerful to be acted out by your character. For example, /me stabs you in the head, killing you instantly.

Biography
Regis Osmund is a human Raevir Highlander born in the Kingdom of Hanseti, to the quite rich family Osmund, locally renowned for being a family made up of travelling merchants. Regis's childhood was quite different from others. He was very rich for the typical Highlander, but he didn't let that influence him. Unlike his older brothers, Regis played outside and talked to others all day. Along his younger adult life, Regis found a passion in talking to people. He has a special talent to touch hearts with words, and loves to teach other people as much as he is taught by them. He loves to listen, he loves stories, he loves talking and telling. He learned about the way of life in his kingdom as well as others from the people he met on his journeys. He began following his parents' ways, becoming a travelling merchant, and trading primarily wheat, working for a trading guild. However, after The Dark Year, most of the crops have been destroyed, and he had no more wheat to trade, and as he was recovering from this hit, The Plague came to the lands of Vailor, and destroyed the leadership of the guild, leaving him without any work, and any money. He then took up many small jobs, trying to make end's meet, just to survive. He was desperate. Then, in 1571, when he was 29 years old, he was forced to embark on the great escape from Vailor to Axios, which, on one hand, meant struggle, and on the other hand, meant a new beginning, which was exactly what Regis needed.
Regis then moved to Johannesburg, the Human Capital and started fishing to make his bread, and has done so with the hopes of getting enough money to start a business of his own.
Personality Traits:
He has a great sense of talking to people; He is very talkative, and prefers a social job, rather than a labor one. He is always open to new ideas, and embraces innovation. He has a good sense of entrepreneurship.

Regis aspires to having his own business, preferably an Inn which he would run, relaxed, where he could talk with the passer-by's.

A very good entrepreneur and public speaker; Also a good fisher.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)
He risks too much; Regis is addicted to gambling.
Appearance:
Regis Osmund is quite imposing, standing at 6' tall, with very broad shoulders, and a strong core, weighing 100kg. His eyes are dark brown and so is his long messy hair and his very long beard that he likes to keep tied in a lock. His face is littered with rashes and scars that left their mark since the Plague. On his left forearm you can see a tattoo of a crowned elephant, with one tusk cut off.
