What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is when your character knows something that he has not yet learned an example would be someone’s name before being introduced. What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Powergaming is forcing an action upon another character. For example *shoots an ice bolt through Seth’s right eye causing him to go blind forever*. But the opponent should be able to choose weather this succeeds meaning it would be rephrased to something like *shoots an ice bolt attempting to stab Seth in the right eye and cause him to go blind in it*. In-Character Information Character’s name: Lanford Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: High Elf Character’s age: 56 years old. Biography: Lanford comes from Lin'sulan in Vailor as he was born there his mum is an alchemist and his dad is an enchanter. Lanford has not left the city since birth in the year 1515 as his parents don’t see a reason for him to venture out of the city. His dad died 2 years ago from one of his enchantments backfiring. His mother has finally given him permission to leave the walls if needed to complete his goal of becoming a powerful mage/wizard. Personality Traits: Lanford is a clumsy elf who is friendly and thoughtful he bores easily and tries his best to live up to his parents expectations. Ambitions: Lanford wishes to master the use of magic and to hopefully find someone special in his journeys. Strengths/Talents: Lanford is smart, is a quick learner and is pretty good at predicting certain things that may occur. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Lanford is clumsy he overthinks things causing simple things to turn out much more complex than they should be and doesn’t enjoy study. Appearance: ears that centre around the middle of the sides on his head they aren’t as big as the normal high elves, he likes to keep his hair shorter than most and has it put up into a man bun. He wears blue cotton robes and underneath them a silk top and cotton pants. His boots come up about a quarter over his ankles and they are made of brown leather.
