Petition to be delivered to: Trade Princess Lilyana and Sutica Government

Proposition: “THE DECLARATION OF GRIEVANCES AND RESOLVES”
Lilyana La Terra Amant Carrington - by the grace of God; the THIRD [and current] Trade Prince of the Federation of Sutica and Monarch to all Ministers, those of Noble status, and other citizens within the Government of Sutica: the Haven of Taxes and Warfare to those who may wish it - Greetings,
KNOW THAT BEFORE THE PEOPLE OF SUTICA; for the health and prosperity of the nation, to honour of the Church of Canonist; it’s Exalted and all Leaders of this Faith, to the betterment of each Minister, those of Noble status, and other citizens within the Government of Sutica:
Firmly establish:
THAT the“Trade Princess Lillyana” and other officials enforce a CULT of immoral and inhumane actions in its’ people,
THAT the “Trade Princess Lillyana” and other officials further taint Ceri with an absence of a dominant Religion,
THAT the “Trade Princess Lillyana” and other officials emit a HEATHENOUS environment through their actions.

Whereupon the duties of the TRUE AND HONEST (now assembled), in a full and free representation of the Nation, taking into their most serious consideration, the best means of attaining the ends aforesaid, by asserting and their rights and liberties as "consent of the governed", DEMAND:
1. The abolition of the current Sutican Government; its’ structure and its’ bylaws (in whole); and be replaced with the institution of a Parliamentary Monarchy by OUR (the petitioners’) design
2. The cleansing of the essence and all traces within the CULT surrounding the current Monarchy- this shall be done with the PERMANENT, dominant establishment of the Canonist Church within Sutica.

AND WE FURTHER REQUIRE: That you, Trade Princess Lillyana and other implicitly mentioned persons, bind yourselves to the clauses aforesaid (IN WHOLE); and that us, the Constituents, under the newly-granted powers aforementioned, should be allowed to exercise at whatever extend We (the People) deem necessary - with no obstruction of any kind.
Such an agreement will be judged and enforced by the Petitioners - till the creation of a New Parliamentary Monarchy - IN GOOD FAITH.
