As a highlander child from a small town Alistair was never really in to global politics or religion instead he loved to read. Everyday after his normal schooling he would read about the wars that had ravaged the kingdoms in the isles of Axios. Each day he would read about the different battles and wars the Holy Orenian Empire had fought in and begin to study their war tactics and battles. At the age of 9 he was give a toy wooden sword that he used to play with the other kids in small duels that he would mostly win. At the age of 10 he was given his first horse and was taught how to ride. For years he practiced riding his horse, swinging his sword, and keeping up with his studies. When he turned 16 he decided to venture out into the multiple lands within the Orenian Empire such as Courland and Lorraine.
At the age of 17 just one year into his departure from home he had became more interested with in the politics of the Empire. He began to study more on the history of the Holy Orenian Emperors and the history of the Empire. For the next 2 years he continued to explore the Holy Orenian Empire and discover more about its past and history. At the age of 19 he wished to finally get a job, though being a highlander it was not easy for him to get jobs with in the main cities so he began to work in small jobs outside the cities. He would do other peoples dirty work and would help them with any task that gave him money. A few months later he received word his father had died, he just shrugged and dropped the note on the ground thinking about how much his father had not done in his life. This would inspire him to try and become something in side this world so that people will talk about him in history books. At the age of 23 he set out to find new work not as someone carrying another persons clothes but now as a soldier within another mans army. He would now make it his goal to become a famed general in history with the isles of Axios.
