20th of Snow Maiden 1643 After a long night of wandering with colorful folk, scary encounters with the hanging dead, and great deals made with dwed, the highlight of the evening would have to be a midnight stop at the Sharkfin Sushi Shop! I’ve never had sushi before but all of them were delicious- and ‘explosion of flavor in my mouth’! The staff is incredibly friendly and showed our party great hospitality, and the owner holds enough charisma to make a cave goblin pay for a meal! Character’s name: Benjamin Nicholas Dellacroix Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 25 Biography : Benjamin was within the outskirts of Adelburg in the year 1615 to Alistair & Nora Dellacroix. His father was a shipwright, and his mother a healer in their home town, and continued their labours after going through tough times. Being raised in a hard working family, he did not have much time for play or luxuries. From a young age he would help his parents fetching things they would need and delivering tools and potions to customers and people in the city. His father took him under his wing, since he was fourteen, hoping he would continue in the family business, but ultimately it was his mother’s profession which would take hold of his attention. As the years went on and he became a young adult, he spent more and more time with his mother, learning basic alchemy and first aid, before at the age of eighteen he took to Adelburg proper to study medicine. Anatomy, horticulture, and herbalism took over his life as he spent the next six years dedicating himself to it in full. With his studies, he would go on to take on his mother’s mantle, aiding those around the city and wanderers passing through their hamlet every so often. Business was infrequent, with people preferring to go to more experienced and established physicians, until conflict resulted in the crumbling of the Empire & House Renatus laid claim to Adelburg. The following weeks resulted in assistance being accepted of anyone with the skills to help injured recover, soldiers and civilians alike. Personality Traits: Benjamin is somewhat of a cynic. He sees the world and tries to find a logical explanation for what happens in it. Ambitions: To be recognized as a proper physician in a world with magic. Strengths/Talents: Medicine/First Aid, Herbalism, Surgery & Triage. Weaknesses/Inabilities: He avoids unnecessary conflict at all cost due to his lame leg. Appearance: Benjamin stands at 5'11", bears thick brows with dark brown hair which is often unkempt if a meeting has not been set up with him.
