What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is acting as a different person and you play as that person. You think of what that person would’ve reacted as and that kind of stuff. You also play a different role as you can see from the name itself.
What is Metagaming?: Using the knowledge you got out of character and then use it in character for your person.
What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Roleplaying too power, doing stuff that is simply impossible for you to do. For example being able to dodge every attack of two attackers, it wouldn't make sense in reality.

Biography (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Thalin was born in the city of Kal’Nikaer when Drynn Ireheart was king of Urguan. He was part of a merchant family, but he himself wasn't very talented in making money and doing trade. He liked to spare with people and had a great lust of fighting. He aspired to become a champion of the people, being renowned as the best warrior around. He practiced a lot every day, improving his skills. Whether it would be with the sword, axe, mace or even a large stick. He tried improving himself in any way he could, his family disagreed on the way he was, and demanded that he would follow his family’s footsteps. ‘It is the most reliable source of income, lad.’ is what his father often told him. One day they forbid him of taking up a weapon, or he would be exiled from his family, never to return again. Thalin accepted that this may not be the way for him to live and began to travel around with his father as he’d sell his wares around the realm, visiting the Empire of Oren, to the hot deserts of the Sultanate of Haria. On a day during spring he and his father were traveling in their cart to Johannesberg and then they would return back to their family again for the summer once they had made enough money. They were ambushed on the road by 5 bandits, their horses would be blocking the road. Thalin was ordered by his father to hide behind the crates in the cart. He and his friend were dragged out the cart and beaten on the ground. Thalin needed to do something. In front of him laid a bag full of javelins which were used to hunt with. Thalin took them carefully and aimed for the one bandit who was in his view. He threw the javelin with all his power and hit the man in his shoulder. He screamed it out and the bandits drew out their weapons looking around, and then another flew out the cart not hitting anyone. The bandits were afraid, thinking that the cart might be full with 2 or 3 other dwarves who could easily win from them, they hurried to their friend and put him on a horse and left as quickly as they could. Never did Thalin had this much of a luck, if the bandits knew that he was on his own, he and his father would be killed. He hurried out the cart helping out his father and his friend. They immediately returned home and his family was proud. However he broke his promise, and it confused him on why they weren't angry on him. After that day Thalin picked up his weapons again, training and his family had no complaints.
At some point, Thalin was supposed to pick a clan. However the clan of his family did not suit him at all. He joined the Blackaxe clan, as they were renown as a clan full of warriors and fighters, which suited Thalin the most.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) A very friendly dwarf, however he has a lust of fighting and when a fight is about to be picked up he immediately rushes in to fight. He likes to drink and eat, food is his passion. He dislikes dishonorable people the most, people who attack those who cant defend themselves, he also dislikes the job of a merchant.
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) He aspires to be renown amongst people for being a great fighter, for the rest he just wants to be a good friend to his friends helping them in times of need.
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) He is very skilled in fighting, he trains daily. However that is his own real talent.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) He can get easily frustrated and angry, attacking others. He also does not think and is not intelligent at all.
Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Has many scars from sparring with others, his hair color is ginger and is quite fat.
