    I think it shouldn't work on Dwarves if it doesn't work on halflings; assuming the reason it doesn't work on Halflings and CA's is because it would need to literally re-arrange their bone structure, killing them in the process. A 4' something Dwarf would without a doubt be subject to a similarly lethal process in turning into a 6' Elf. Maybe just restrict it to Elves? Or Humans and Elves at most?

     

    Very well written and thought out post though, as is to be expected from the green tag mafia.
