What skills can you apply in your role as Staff?

I can help a lot of people from like new to maybe more advanced players in the roleplay world. I can help with other staff members if they ever need help with checking logs if there is someone having trouble understanding the other mods on what is being said. I can accept Modreq's when i am on cause most of the time i am waiting for some rp to happen anyways so thats probably what i would do in my free time. I could also accept applications if that is allowed cause I have been looking around at some application on what needs to be fixed about applications and if the applications are good.

What is one thing you would want to change?

I have been watching the Moderation team ever since i have came back to lotc which was like maybe a year ago and a lot of moderation have been banning people for some stupid stuff im not going to get into all that but i would like to fix the amount of mods that don't accept a lot of requests and the banning people for not so much of proof. I would also like to change the screen share procedure
