Your character, as a human, can not have the features of snow/high elves (aka his white hair and purple eyes). Perhaps make him adopted, or a mix of the two races?

Your dark elf is, at 18, still a child (for a dark elf). I don’t know if you’d particularly favor that. The age where elves are considered adults is 50+.
You can not give your character any sort of magic previous to you being whitelisted. They must enter the world and approach a teacher in roleplay in order to be taught magic. If you’d like to know how to learn magic if and when you are accepted, contact me and I will help you find a teacher. ?
