Captain Locke used to be a notable bounty hunter who hunted beasts, wanted criminals, and pirates. It's been years since his glory days, though, and now all he really does is get drunk at the tavern and tell tales of how great he once was. He originally owned a sizable frigate with a full crew, but lost both in a particularly nasty encounter with pirates. He settled down in a small dinghy in one of the port towns of the Kingdom of Haense, and now secretly longs for a return to his old life of adventure.
