Nephrius Zharlech was born and raised in the District of Irrinor, Dominion, in 1650. His father was a Wood-Elven Cano of the Virarim. His mother was a Dark Elven Druid Guide of the Druidic Order, who aided Dedicants in becoming a Druid. She taught Nephrius part of Atlas’ lore and about druids. Nephrius never learned any magic from druidcraft. His father taught him the ways of the warrior and helped him master the sword. When he was 14, Nephrius swore an oath of loyalty to Arwenia Silma, the Praetor of the Virarim, and to serve the Virarim while his reign lasts. Nephrius taught himself how to play the Mac-Fuirmidh cittern at a mediocre level. When Nephrius came of age, he set off on an adventure to discover the history of Atlas. His journey has taken him from Dominion to Cloud Temple, and he resides there now.
