Garmin comes from a long line of forest dwarfs. His people wandered the woods for many generations. His mother told him tales of being descendants of Gloin, but he knows little of the people from whence he comes. He is a carpenter by trade, as was his father. He lives remotely with his wife Isla Barkbelly. They have a simple existence among nature. There they tend to the lands and protect the forests, as it is their home. Garmin loves nature and the peace of the woodlands. He is his happiest when living deep within the woods. Although, he is keen on ale and beer. Garmin can be quite social after a few drinks. He is not afraid to ride a wagon into town for trade.
