2: You seem to be missing one more referral to in-game lore. These referrals can be cities, nations, history or events. Here’s a link to help you! 

! Keep in mind, that your referrals should be up to date with the current in-game time setting, for example, your character that is 18 cannot have lived in a city that existed over a hundred years ago !

The only thing that doesn’t add up is a human family living in Krugmar, as Krugmar is the nation of the orcs and it wouldn’t make much sense if the orcs in your story raided themselves ?

 1: supernatural characters are not allowed as your first character. Your character is allowed to have a mental disorder though, but not in the form of ‘I can see and hear spirits’.

2: it seems like Persa de Madra is inaccurate lore and therefore does not count :O.
