Maenien grew up in the forests outside of Linandria. She was not very well known in her nomadic way of life. She hunted on her own and knew her way around the woods. She learned to speak from travelers who passed her in the forests. In fact, everything she owned once belonged to those who came from the cities. She became curious--curious about where she came from, where the merchants came from, and where everyone was going. Her adventure begins in the great city of Linandria--the most diverse Elven City in the Dominion of Malin. She is star-struck by the art and beauty of the city. All she wants is to explore and interact with the people of Atlas.
Maenien is prideful and often blows up at insults. She is polite, brave, but stubborn. She is very quick on her feet, but clumsy if she isn’t focused. She can take a hit is she needs to. She wears a cape and a fit shirt--loose enough for quick movement but tight enough so it doesn’t get in the way. Her brown pants are cut and the waist is tied (they’re far too big for her). She tucks them into her black boots. She wears leather braces around her forearms for extra protection. Her hair is wild and a dark brown. There is a faded scar across her face, cuts decorate her hands, and fresh and old scars run up her back. She has forgotten the stories of the small ones.
Maen is just looking to explore and get to know the world around her and find out who she. She can hunt and pull her own weight in combat. She can also dance up a storm and light up any room.
