Stubbie grew up in Willow Hollow of Vailor. In his younger years, he found himself pulled to the curiosities of magic and the void. He spent his years in the village doing a combination of learning to play the lute, and the rest drinking and exploring the Hollow and the area surrounding it. As a boy, he would meet explorers who passed through, avidly eating up their tales of the lands beyond this village. He would eagerly read anything in the written word pertaining to the world outside that could be found within his village, and the ones outside whenever a trader passed through. For awhile, this was able to satiate his desire to experience the world. But eventually, around his 25th year, his ambition would expand beyond the confines of the Hollow, and he would have to leave. He needed to see more, experience more. Now, he seeks a teacher to learn the magic of Transfiguration, and travels the lands of LOTC as a wandering bard, getting himself in and (hopefully) out of trouble with his wits and his talents.
