Xangelis Danafall was born into a working class family of Renatus. His father, Aldeus Danafall comes from a long line of warriors. In fact, Aldeus even served in the military of Renatus as a ranger. He was an excellent Ranger until he was injured in a battle long ago. Having been deprived of a warriors death, Aldeus taught his son, Xangelis, the ways of the sword and what it meant to be a Ranger of Renatus. Xangelis quickly became an adept fighter just like his father, but before his training was complete, Aldeus died of his old wound. Xangelis feared dying old and sick like his father, he wanted to have a warriors death just like the the rest of the Danafall line. He realized that he would see more battles on his own than in the Rangers of Renatus so he abandoned his home and now roams the land freely in search of a worthy battle. This attitude has turned his character into a friendly traveler who makes the most out of every moment because he is always ready to give his last for any reasonable cause. He values friendship and is very loyal; however, his travels have made him wary of strangers.
