Johnathon grew up as a Highlander, and he resided in a small camp near Marna, the renatus capital. He based his principles off those of Eze'kiel Tarus, the first king of the Kingdom of Renatus. He followed the church of the Canon, even though he was just a mere Highlander he did stand out. He saw others of his kind ravage and kill for survival, whereas on his end he thought about the bigger picture, about the motion of the waves if you do one thing, how will it affect something that you have no control over? This is why he followed religion, why he looked up to Eze'kiel Tarus and how he controlled the kingdom. Johnathon would usually travel alone, encountering groups of bandits mostly and also renatian soldiers. Those soldiers made him wonder, "They have a cause, why do I not have one?" He then hurried over to one of the recruiters who would scream, shout and gather a crowd to join the ranks of Renatus. He'd serve a year, before really realizing the cause of how just one man fits in the bigger picture. The things he cannot control, he knew he was fighting for them and he enjoyed that. He visited the libraries of old, looking for books that contained one of the greatest powers, knowledge, and history. Johnathon began reading through on the Kingdom of Norland, and how it failed with its king at command. They presented themselves as a big power, but was not ready for the true nations that contained power, like renatus, to stomp them like a bug. His ambitions focused only on power, influenced by men deceased of age.
