John Finch is a simple man that leads a simple life. One without grand adventures, or fantastical things. He is a woodsman by nature of birth and circumstance, living in the woods north of the Cloud Temple. As far as anyone can remember that’s all the Finch lineage have ever been. John’s ancestors left The Kingdom of Hanseti long ago with a small group of their fellow Highlanders, seeking to lead a simpler life away from cities. They found a home among nature, surrounded by trees. John follows this age old lifestyle of self reliance, living alone in the woods like some hermit of the Druidic Order. He’s no Jack of all trades, but he is certainly a master of few. Incredibly skilled in woodworking and bushcraft, John has little trouble surviving in harsh places with few materials. His skill in combat is certainly more limited, relying on guerrilla tactics and a degree of skill in archery honed by years of experience hunting.
