The Empire of Man often served as a sanctuary for most individuals. For Hilliden, It was no more than a reminder of what he was. Birthed from Farfolk, Hilliden’s family headed west as his father looking to start a family business within the farming community. Though the business was quick to get going, as Hilliden grew older, it was clear that his interests had differed greatly from his fathers. Instead of waiting to work in the fields, Hilliden wanted to live a life beyond the ranch. He would read books that wrote about Dark and Arcane magics. Along with running around the ranch swinging a wooden sword, battling the unknown monsters that had taken shape within his imagination. Despite having little to no contact with strangers throughout his life. Hilliden’s wish had been granted when he had reached adulthood at age eighteen. Since then, Hilliden has begun venturing around Arcas in search of ancient ruins and artifacts. Making a living off selling pelts, relics, etc. Spending the majority of his time alone, Hilliden only interacts with others when he visits town. Even then, he can be a stuttering mess.
