Castellian Vykorian was born into a wealthy elf family, in Okarn’thillin. His family clings on the prospect to be nobles some day. He is a natural born leader, in addition he was raised with the best education and combat money can buy. He is stern but he has a lot of empathy, he is not blind to the cold world in front of him like many rich nobles like him. Too wise for his own good and age. One day he would use his power, riches to shape the world into a utopia of his beliefs.
