The name Aland, bright as the sun, truly was foreshadowing this man’s future. Wait? That’s not right.
Aland grow up in impoverished conditions with little comfort in his dreary life. Thankfully, he was taken in as an apprentice at the local town’s blacksmith. It is here he learned his trade... Taking, near instantly, to the skills required to craft tools and armour for the people of his new town he soon grew bored of his job. Eventually, years later, he ran away from his increasingly tenuous career as a blacksmith; he made the jump to the not-so-different profession of goldsmithing. This is where he earned his name – his reputation.
This change in profession, however, didn’t last too long for he was forced to retire at an early age! For reasons unknown he felt he had to flee from his old town – leading him to the shores of Adria. And now he hopes, he prays, to start his new journey.
