Her Serene Grace, The Archduchess of the Commonwealth, Renilde I @tilly STATEMENT OF CLAIM Fulbert ‘the Fool’ Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff PLAINTIFF -AND- The City of Vallagne AND His Excellency, Sir Ledicort d’Azor, Treasurer DEFENDANT @HogoBojo INTRODUCTION The PLAINTIFF, a loyal citizen of the Commonwealth of Petra and a god-fearing Canonist, seeks claims upon the DEFENDANT due to gross infringement of the following letters of the LEX PETTRES: BOOK IV. CHAPTER I. 78. Thieve the property of another Man. 79. Spoil the property of another Man. 80. Trespass onto any property that is not their own, whether through physical force, intimidation, stealth, or otherwise. BOOK V. CHAPTER I. 100. A contract shall be binding by law, whether verbal or written. 101. If there is dispute of such contract, then they shall be settled by the Tribunal in Court, whereupon its word shall be final. BASIS The PLAINTIFF occupied the dwelling at TEMESCH LANE 1. The PLAINTIFF paid taxes to the DEFENDANT for all years from the establishment of the City of Vallagne until present, as per the established norms of tenancy in the city. The PLAINTIFF was illegally evicted by DEFENDANT. CLAIMS The PLAINTIFF petitions to the court the following claims upon the DEFENDANT in retribution for his infringed rights: FOR THE DWELLING Reimbursement of initial MINA paid to the DEFENDANT for the dwelling for a dune of 50 MINAS. Reimbursement of MINA paid in taxes for 1 WEEK of which the eviction happened for a due of 20 MINAS. FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE DWELLING Reimbursement of the materials and labour spent on the expansion of the dwelling for an estimated due of 100 MINAS. The PLAINTIFF built a livestock pen on the first floor, and carefully harvested fresh sod to achieve such. FOR THE LIVESTOCK Reimbursement or replacement of the livestock at last value and lost capital value due to a value of 800 MINAS. As of 5 SAINTS DAYS ago, the PLAINTIFF had 6 sheep. Based on the exponential rate of sheep birthing of 1 lamb per twosome per SAINTS DAY, the livestock would have been worth a total of 28 sheep. The PLAINTIFF originally purchased 3 sheep at the price of 30 MINAS per sheep, or 90 MINAS in total. FOR EMOTIONAL DAMAGE A publicly posted apology from the RIVER COURT to be proclaimed by HER SERENE GRACE upon the next meeting of court A dwelling of no less than 30 by 30 square cubic metres located near the City of Vallagne, near the mine and farms, to be established via Ducal Writ as the Villa de Fool, that shall pay no taxes and shall remain in the possession of the PLAINTIFF and his descendants for as long as GOD desires. FOR LEGAL FEES Reimbursement of fees associated with the procurement of COUNSEL for the PLAINTIFF, due to a value of 100 MINAS per member of PLAINTIFF COUNSEL. SETTLEMENT The PLAINTIFF and PLAINTIFF COUNSEL shall seek rendezvous with the DEFENDANT and DEFENDANT COUNSEL within 3 SAINTS DAYS to negotiate settlement or establish a date of hearing to the JUDICIARY.
