You see light dappling on the water and forget the deep, cold dark beneath.” Sections: -Physical Description -Personality -Magics -Combat -Items -Non-natural physical features -Age -Physical Age Physical Description: Savant eyes gaze wearily from beneath the scruffy raven hair of this hulk of an elf. The mild bags beneath them betray his state of rest, or lack of. Without his hood on, it is quite obvious that Lorien is an elf. Pointy ears poke out of the hair that occasionally covers them. He has deep turquoise eyes, and a ruggedly handsome face, with scruffy, raven black hair, some of it hanging over his eyes. He has the build and height of a lean orc and looks to be around 24 years old. Although he is an elf, he can occasionally speak and act more like a human. He has a rough, low voice, speaking clearly and precisely. His clothes are a robe-like garment, well crafted and quite loose on him, allowing lots of movement. They are usually purple, crimson, beige or black in colour, and are meant to allow the wearer the least discomfort at all times, especially when casting magic. They do not absorb water, and are quite good at insulating heat and electricity. Both of his hands are occasionally covered by gloves which are sometimes fingerless, and sometimes full gloves. He is easy to make grumpy, and usually views things badly, or with a dark outlook. He views everyone as equals (if it benefits him), and treats them as such, and finds people who think they are ‘better’ than others to be bad company for him. Recently, his attitude has improved, and he is an open, outgoing gentleman. After current events and an odd twist of fate, Lorien has developed morals and his own philosophy. Ask him IC if curious. Magics: If you want to know for how long he has practiced each one, ask him IC. I will say one thing, however: He has trained all of these magics properly and at a decent rate. No skipping ahead has been done, as of yet, even though the magic system technically allows that. He is very good, and can use pressure points well, as well as the staff movements that follow this art. Items Always on him (Those in bold are visible unless I say it isn’t): -A single, ebonwood staff. It is smooth and polished, and is not perfectly straight. -A satchel with black ink swirls and symbols on it. The opening leads to a well of darkness, and the satchel seems to hold an immeasurable amount of items. -A necklace, made with very sturdy chain. On it would be a golden key. -A belt going from his right shoulder to the left of his hip. On it are many slots, each filled with gems of differing colours. -A pouch full of mage gold powder and small shards of mage gold -A book and charcoal to note things down -Another necklace, with an empty slot in the middle. It would appear to be capable of holding things of varying sizes. -An ornate ceremonial dagger, its entirety made up of some incredible beautiful and hard bone. Carvings would be down it in a similar fashion as the sword. Named: Pelosr Vrompel The blade is sharp as heck, don’t be fooled. Any Physical Features not born with: -Around his wrist, on both arms, would be three odd holes. They appear to be scars of sorts. Their positioning is as follows: Two evenly placed scars above his wrist, and one below it, under his palm. -A neat, clean scar on the palm of his left hand. It would seem to be a symbol: This mark/scar is found on his apprentices, namely: Zaviel (Triplewing) Arcane Evocation & Transmutation Absulon (philip_2011) Arcane Evocation Tek (Discoliquid) Mental Magic Lothaire (Catarrh) Water Evocation Age: Around 114 years old Physical Age: Looks to be 24 years old, and in good shape.
