Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Celyndra took in her surroundings, her nose scrunching up at the scent of rotting wood. Finally, her eyes focus on the old woman who ask her a question. she answers as she sits down on the cushion. "I'm ... Lost" She says with a hopeless expression, her gaze falling to her palms. "You've been expecting me..? Who are you?" Celyndra lifts her head before studying the womans features, under all the muck and rot, she could tell the hag was once beautiful, once like her.
The bright flames of the floating candles illuminates Celyndra's face as she awaits an answer.
