Siegmund was born in a dirt poor family in the Kingdom of Norland, in the old city Morsgrad. When he was only one year of age, Siegmund and his family were forced to flee Arcas and settle in Varhelm, the new capital of Norland on the continent of Almaris. He grew up learning how to hunt from his father, who was a part of the local Northguard, from a young age and continued to do it to provide food for his family. As a kid, Siegmund was also forced to band together with his brothers to fend for himself on the streets where bullies would often try to steal the little food they had. As the eldest brother of three, Siegmund would feel pressured to look after and protect his younger siblings. Siegmund would then train himself well enough to hold his ground against these bullies. His faith played an important role in his life, as he knew it was fated by the All Father that he would achieve great things. He is devoted to maintaining a lifestyle that is based upon the Paragon Bjorn, who is known for his warrior achievements. As he grew older, Siegmund would become a renowned local hunter within Norland, known to bring in only the best game from the mountains. At age 21, a new King of Norland rose to the throne by the name of Sven Edvardsson. As war approached his homelands, Siegmund would be faced with hopefully defending his homeland from the pagan invaders.
Siegmund would approach the man, with a smile on his face “Aye, my name is Siegmun’ Mag’ild, and I am looking for your finest bow for me to hunt with?” The man would then hopefully motion Siegmund towards the direct location of a market-shop containing a bow that Siegmund could buy. Upon arrival to the shop, Siegmund would ask the clerk what hunting weapons the man had for sale. Due to Siegmund not wanting to waste the money he worked so hard for, Siegmund would attempt to haggle down the price of whatever item the clerk was selling him until he found a reasonable price.
