Ithilion was born from a long line of warriors, none of them are widely known as legendary warriors, neither are there any songs about them. But Ithilion takes pride in the fact that he and his kin are part of the militairistic backbone.
Like most 'others' he began his military training at 15 years old, motivated by the thought of his ancestors performing the same tasks at his age. This was likely to be a big reason why Ithilion is an overachiever, he wishes to always give his most in the tasks that he is given, as long as it interests him.
In his young life Ithilion mostly spent his time training, reading, accumilating knowledge rather than playing with friends or socializing. Ofcourse he did socialize with friends but just a lot less, his 'goal' of becoming a fine warrior was his focus for most of his lifetime.
Much to his own surprise he was left unsatisfied when he finished his training. There was more to achieve he thought, there always is.
He was aware that with expirience comes wisedom and skill, as anyone would know ofcourse.
And so he set out, not knowing what he'd search for or what he'd find, but surely he'd find out.
