Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Lunabel sat down on the cushion, folding her legs under her; a nervous tick she had developed over the years. "I am a nomad," She said, picking at her fingertips, dark blue and delicate. After a bit of silence, Lu realized she was supposed to continue. "Oh, uhm.. I was born in Tahn'miar, but I didn't stay for long. My mother was a nomad like me, so she just stopped there to give birth. At least, that's what I've been told. She left me at the doctor's afterwards, so I've never met her." Nabel shifted on the cushion. "I was taken in by the doctor who assisted in my birth. I stayed with him until I was twelve. Then I became a nomad, and I've been on the road ever since." She hesitated. "Well, I'm not completely a nomad. I usually stay in one spot for a few months at least, then move on. But I move quite often, so I still consider myself a nomad."
