Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Pausing at the threshold, red eyes flickering over the tent interior, their glow reflecting faintly against their blueish, dark skin. They step forward with quiet grace, before lowering themselves onto the cushion without haste. "Expecting me?" voice comes smooth and distant, yet filled with curiosity. "I wonder which spirit spoke my name into your ear." A pause followed by inquisitive stare onto woman's face "Stars guided me all the way here to seek knowledge, yet I'm the one probed with questions". Quietly slumping down, as if to not disturb the eerie silence surrounding them, they hesitated to continue. A moment of awkward silence has passed before their soft-spoken words filled the tent again "...I am lost. I'm in desperate search for my kin.", followed by a tired sigh. "I've picked up the trail of a mae'hr caravan a few cities back I am so close to finding them, I just need your help...", they exclaimed, their tone shifting into a full plea.
