    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when your emote forcibly does something for a different player.

Ulric is a human, a Highlander more specifically. He grew up in Markev, with his two parents who gave him little attention, as they were more obsessed with their new found romance to pay him attention. Him and his parents were Raevirs, however Ulric never really fell into their culture. From the day he was born, he grew up wanting to, as soon as he could, move away from his parents, and live his life as he wanted to. When he reached his early teens, his dream of moving away had turned into a more carefree view on life as daily routine wore him down. He continued his life, his parents growing even more distant as he needed them even less and less. Whenever he wasn’t busy, he started to work quick and easy jobs to save up money. Though one day, his parents told him they would leave, and so they did. They realised their son never had or will need them, and so when he was only 16, his parents had left his life for good. He took care of himself, and just got by. And so, he continued his life as he would for some time, alone. He got used to being on his own, in fact it was hardly a change. He had friends, but they never lasted long. Deep down however, he had always wanted to find the right people for him, and be a part of something. He’s only okay with being along as it’s all he’s known. Overall, his story is simple. He is laid back, and enjoys teasing people slightly, and when he talks, he’s usually somewhat sarcastic .

Physical Description: Ulric is tall, well built, but somewhat laid back. He has messy, bright ginger hair. He wears a dark blue jacket and has green eyes.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
