Yularas was born in Talons port and was raised as normal Dark Elves are. He from a young age was taught the importance of Law and was strictly disciplined by his father if he acted out of hand. He was also taught that though history one could avoid mistakes of the past. In this way Yularas came to the conclusion that High Elves were not to be trusted and were worthy of avoidance, as they were not kind to his people in ages past. He also came to the conclusion that Monarchal government was the best, but not hereditary monarchy. When he was nine Yullaras was further convinced of the necessity of law and moral order at any cost when his uncle Gardu, was killed in a skirmish in the Skanarri War. At the age of 13 Yularas was kidnaped and left in a tight box for two days. He would be rescued by the authority's but he would forever have a fear of the dark and tight spaces. At the age of 16. Yet again, Yularas's belive in law and order was enforced. A the age of 19 Yullaras took the job of selling Dark Elf art work, and though his experience in this job he became an good diplomat and manipulative in the competitive market. At the age of 52 Yullaras took a job as a intermediary between elven merchants and the ruling counsel of Talons Port. After four years of the job, he decided to leave Talons port, and head out into the world and explore, believing that a new city for the dark elves needed to be found he seeks a build site for a new city.
Yullaras greets the man warmly and makes note of the local fashions, "Greetings! I am here to see the local arts, particularly those of my people, you look like one who would know a good place to go, any place that you recommend? "
