How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: If I was to tell another player something out of character that their character would not know, then they use that information in the roleplay, that would be metagaming.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Basically being a Mary-Sue. Overpowered, especially when overpowered without valid reasoning.
