He'd take a spet back as the man sprung up in front of him, almost tripping over himself as he did, before regaining his footing and grabbing his sling that is sword was hanging over on his back, looking up to the man, making eye contact afterward, confused why a very well dressed nice looking man had suddenly approached him, he'd speak up, stuttering threw his first words to the man as he spoke in a more resonant voice, "Oh- no, no, I'm just here to get back home sir." He'd say, a light mirth chuckle following his sentence, before rubbing the back of his head as he looked to the floor, breaking eye contact with the man, "Well, it been a while- I must say, don't expect anyone is waitin' back home." He'd say, another breathless chuckle following his sentence. He'd look back up to the man, bridging eye contact once again, returning his arm to his side, before extending it to the dapper-looking man, offering a handshake to him, "Aleksey Aryskiy, a pleasure to meet you, sir."
After shaking the gentlemen's hand, he returned it to his side before scooting past him, "I really must be off! Enlisters may not be that patent," He said, with a half-hearted laugh to the man as he went walking away, waving goodbye to the man as he turned around, walking away into the crowd with hopeful glee, excited to fulfill his dream back in Providence, smiling to himself as he was joyfully hopefully.

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when is one using Roleplay Knowledge to give themselves an edge or otherwise general advantage over others, such as one knowing where a story will go and then using it to manipulate a situation to their favor when in Roleplay their character would have not knowledge of the story progressing around them.
An example being, say, a player knowing someone is going to attack them, yet their character not being in the know, however yet still takes measures to prevent an attack.

How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when one does unreasonable acts, I.E; someone playing as a God, or a much weaker character besting someone much more robust than themselves, as well as forcing an emote on to someone without them being able to respond appropriately.
An example being, say, again, a halfly killing something much much more robust than themselves.
