    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when you try to do something that a character can not do, or making a character over powered.

Kindria is apart of a high elf family in the city of Okarn'thilln, she decided at the age of 18 that she would travel around Atlas to see and learn as much as she could. She began to grow on her skills of hunting and such that you would when you are in the wild. Soon though she wanted more. She didn't yet want to go back to her home. She had just recently started to hunt targets that she was hired to. Word spread around about this mysterious killer, but luckily for her they did not say her real name, but the nick name she had given herself (Dria). One day when she was in a pub thinking about returning home she met another high elf girl named Atlas. She said she wanted revenge, and that, "this kill better be the most painful one you have inflicted yet". She said Kindria's target was a snow elf named Ajax. Right after this the girl left and Kindria wondered why a an elf as young as her would ask of something like this. She put it aside to do her job, and when she had finally killed her target her and the elf girl met again and decided they would travel together until further notice.

Physical Description: Cotton candy pink wavy hair, one hazel eye with gold streaks, and the other black, neutral skin more on the pale side 5 ft 9 in tall.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

You can not have any knowledge of magic or ability with anything magical or special to begin with, as those are things you apply for and attain through roleplay, you can't just start with them. 

It seems like your bio is grounded in the basis of a tv show, movie, or anime. It would be best to tone it down and have her appear less 'main character of the story' related, as on LoTC we have no characters. I heavily advise something more modest.

Currently we are not on Athera, we are on the continent Atlas, and the lore you include should be grounded on this map's lore as you would be unable to access either locations you mention in your bio. 

Her omnicolored eye wouldn't be a thing she'd naturally have, it is fine to have heterochromia but having streaks of gold red and blue is a bit far fetched.
