Rusty was born from escaped prisoners living out in the wilderness in the Kingdom of Norland. Rusty's family were always moving from place to place to escape recapture because of this Rusty experienced little social interaction outside of her family. Rusty learned many survival skills out in the wilderness. There were two big incidents Rusty experienced during her childhood. When she was 13, Rusty was kidnapped by a group of bandits. She was able to escape without any physical scars but from then on, she never stayed in compact spaces. After her incident with the bandits Rusty began to learn hand to hand combat. She also learned how to use a short blade. When she was 15, Rusty’s father stole food from a nearby Red Faith Church. He was caught and hanged. From then on, Rusty took on the mantle of providing for her family and her mother by hunting. During one of these hunting trips, Rusty’s mother was captured by some bounty hunters. Devastated, Rusty rushed out towards civilization to find her last living family.
Rusty flinched in surprise as the stranger approached her. Rusty stops for a moment, her body expressionless and her mask more so. Finally she replies, "Can you help me get a lot of money? Fast?" Rusty pulls out a squirrel hide from her leather sling, "Maybe even trade?"
