2: does your character imply he’s a skilled swordsman? If so, you cannot become something that skilled when it is your first character. You’re allowed to know how but not claim yourself a true swordsman. To become such a title, you’ll have to learn it in roleplay

Make sure you do them within 24 hours, or the app will be denied unless i am contacted!
