Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"So you have..."
*He sits down on the cushion. It's neither comfortable or uncomfortable, but it would make due for now.* "To give you the short version, I... am quite ordinary, if I do say so myself... heh." *He smiles, though not a gentle one. It's a smile that holds information that he might or might not share....*"Still, to have you recognize me all the way out in this town... Tell me, How did you find out who I am?" *He stands up, looming over the old hag. Clearly he'd rather have his identity kept secret. He keeps eyecontact as he further inspects the old woman. He'd rather not start a fight just yet. For what it's worth, she might be a powerful shaman who's able to kill him without much effort. With this mindset in his head, he takes a deep breath and sits back down.* "Ahh... Nevermind that... I apologize for my outburst. Now... Tell me about this town..."
