My Brotherwas born a few months after Aelthos II was declared born of purity and I, two years before. Frigg grew up with one younger brother, often having to take care of him because their father was busy working everyday. Sundays were his only day off and they would make the trip once a week outside of the walls of Fenn where the trail splits. There they would play all day in the trees eating and frolicking. As Frigg grew older her brother had less of an interest in going to the split of the trail. One week on her way to meet her father there she met, Tolith Panala, a boy her age. He was working on setting cobble when she ran into him. They fell in love. She took him with to meet her father and he approved. They were to marry the next winter. As time grew on his job of placing new cobble grew farther outside the walls. One day in the season after her marriage ,Tolith left for work and didn’t come back. For days Frigg and her brother scavenged the end of the trails for him but found no trace. For years she cried and mourned the death of her lover until one season her father died of old age. His ashes were spread at the base of the tree at the split of the trail they went to every Sunday. Frigg and her still meet one sunday a month to see her father. Friggs’ brother moved to a small hut outside of the walls when he met a woman who loved him. Frigg became an aunt but still lives alone. She stays positive so that others around her feel the same way.now Frigg lives a quiet life. Men still pursue the beautiful lady and sometimes she entertains them, but only to her benefit. She reminiscences of the times when the gates were open to anyone for festivals and parties. She attends school now wishing to learn more about the stars in the sky. She often sits at the pond near the housing area at night to observe the stars and when day begins she explores and meets people inside the walls before heading to Fennic Wools.
“Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
“Education” I respond wearily, I observe his posture and it seems too perfect. His wide smile faulted for a split second like he wasn’t expecting that answer anad then turns to his left to point at a building, “That is the house of education, and beside it are the living quarters, may I show you around?” he looks back to me. I respond with a smile and I shake my head,
“I can follow the cobble as I please, Id hate to waste your time for I’d like to explore the shops on my own. I am sure you have been in them all a million times, No need.” I shoot him kind smile and he seems almost relieved. I turn my back facing the old brick building and roll my eyes. That man must be hired by someone really high up that wants to make this place seem like a safe haven, yet there are people in the shadows watching our every move, reporting to the same person who hired that man. I watch my every step entering the hall.
